effects with its own built-in mixing switcher and time
base correlator (1985)
- Created "Lumachrome": The 1st modified professional
video recorder to record Y/C signal without changing formats
while maintaining VHS compatibility (1987)
- !st and only Authorized Sony Cine Alta 24p Digital
Cinema dealer in Utah
- Constructed one of the country's 1st High-Definition
television showrooms (1989)
- 1st and largest TV projection dealer in Utah, and one
of the largest in the United States
- 1st in Utah to receive and record an over-the-air transmission
test of high-definition TV (February 1999).
- TV Specialists supplied the 2002 Winter Olympic games
with Panasonic A/V Equipment
- TV Specialists installed the new display (largescreen)
at the Jon M. Hunstman Center at the University of Utah

- 1st in Utah to show a 24 frames-per-second camcorder
